Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations or changes must be made in writing to The Korean Society of Cardiology secretariat before April 1^st(Wed), 2026.
A request for cancelling registration must be pre-notified in writing to the secretariat at herz9@circulation.or.kr.
Requesting by phone / fax is not accepted.
To transfer registration fee to another person is not allowed.

Visa Application

If participants need a visa to enter Korea, we would like to recommend you to apply for a visa as early as possible. To check if your country requires a visa to enter Korea and to find more information for visa application, please access the below link or visit the institution of Embassy of the Republic of Korea in your country.

We could provide you the invitation letter and other required documents for your visa application, however, we could not help you with the visa issuance since it is all up to the decision of the Embassy.
